For individual TIN Certificate:

•  Write an application to the Deputy Commissioner of Taxes of respective area showing why the TIN Certificate has needed.
•  Fill-up TIN Application Form.
•  Enclosed 2 copies of photographs
•  Enclosed photocopy of National ID/ photocopy of pass port

For Company TIN Certificate:
